Has my order shipped?
If you have not received an email with your shipping information please contact us for your order status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Contact customer service. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?

Warranty and Shipping

How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
How do I return my product?
UncleStogys Return Policy. We offer a return or exchange for 30 days after delivery. Items must be in original packaging in unopened and resellable condition. You must contact customer service for a return authorization number. No return will be accepted with out a return authorization number. All shipping charges are nonrefundable. UncleStogys does NOT pay for return shipping unless there has been a mistake in packaging on our end. We are also not responsible if the authorized return arrives damaged to us so please take care when returning via the US Postal Service. There is a 30% re-stocking fee applied to all returns. The re-stocking fee will be waived in the case of an exchange of equal or greater value.
I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
When will my order ship?
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse. Sales Tax will automatically calculate in the cart.
I have a question on my charges.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
We will provide a copy of your receipt with your order when it is shipped to you. If you need a copy before that, please contact customer service. We can email you a copy of your receipt.
My purchase is a gift.
We do understand that some purchases are for gifts. Please contact customer service and we will not include the receipt in the shipment.
When will my credit appear on my account?
Once we receive the item back to our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 48 hours. All credit card companies are different. Credits usually take 7-10 business days but they can take up to 30 days to show on your card statement.
When will my credit card be charged?
We process all credit cards through our system within 24 hours of your order being placed. Charges usually show on your card statement within 3 to 5 business days but all credit cards are different. Some cards can take up to 21 days to show the charges.
